STAY-CATION IN BIG BEAR
Hi beautiful people! Hope all is well with you and please remember to keep in touch with us. We want to hear all about your crazy adventures(:
Speaking of adventures, Roberto and I weren't sure what to do this past weekend. We were brainstorming and I mentioned BIG BEAR LAKE. It was a hit! So we got on the road with Gracie, my sweet multi-poo, (for those of you who didn't know) and drove for 2 hours from STUDIO CITY in LOS ANGELES to BIG BEAR LAKE which is directly east from our house.
We ended up having a blast. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous along with great weather and food(:
Towards the end, as we were heading back down the mountain, we stumbled upon this beautiful abandoned house and had to stop to take pictures. It was truly a sight to be seen.
If you're ever in the area and need a day trip, I would highly recommend heading up to BIG BEAR! There's so many great hikes and things to do up there.
Thanks for stopping by again, we love you!
Have a wonderful week,
Savannah and Roberto xx

Hi loves! Yesterday we spent some time at the LACMA and got to see some of the most amazing things. We started at the tar pits which are totally crazy by the way. I've never in my life watched bubbles of tar come out of the ground!
As we walked around we found the light posts. I have always seen these in photos but never actually knew where they came from. Can you believe there are over 200 restored light posts?! And, they are all from Los Angeles county!
Afterwards, we spent dinner at an amazing place called JINYA RAMEN BAR. I had real Chicken Ramen for the first time and fell in love. All of us have had TOP RAMEN right? Now imagine that 20 times better!! We topped that off with some yummy chocolate and green tea mochi(:
Thank you so much for reading, just couldn't help but share!
Have a wonderful night xoxo

Street Style with Boutique To You x Just Female
Hi loves! Hope all of you are doing well and enjoying warmer temperatures this beautiful spring.
I wanted to share with you a couple pieces I've added to my wardrobe lately(:
Because it's still a little chilly in the mornings, I feel inclined to continue my obsession with over-sized sweaters. lol. This, Just Female, sweater is from BoutiqueToYou.com and its absolutely amazing. I wear it with everything. Its warm but not hot...if that makes sense. Boutique To You always carries the best pieces from all of my favorite designers. It's worth checking out, especially if you need something for Coachella or any other festival you have coming up.
Also, my jeans are from Anthropologie. I honestly, don't know if they have them anymore because I got them on sale but there's a link in my Shop page if you want to check it out. I love the fact that they have a raw hem at the bottom, it adds a splash of interest without doing much. Be sure to order your true size in these pants if you choose to buy them, there is no stretch whatsoever. They fit much like vintage Levis would.
I love pairing my styles with black and silver, so I wore a Rag and Bone Crossbody Bag and Coach Platform Sandals. Coach has really grabbed my attention lately, their new designs at so chic and fun. Plus, I have a thing for platforms(:
Have a wonderful rest of the week and feel free to comment below with any questions!
WE ARE IN LOVE WITH LOS ANGELES!
Hi loves. Finally, we are here!
After many months of preparation, we have settled in to our cozy nest in Studio City, CA. It's just north of Hollywood and right next to Universal Studios!! Ever since Roberto and I got together (2 years ago as of 03/27(: ), we have dreamed about moving to Los Angeles to pursue our dreams. It warms our hearts knowing all the support we had along the way. We couldn't have done it without each and every one of you, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Enough with the sappy stuff (:
So far, Los Angeles weather has been absolutely breathtaking. Every day has been about 80 degrees and sunny. You should see the greenery after all the rains these past few months, its worth a trip out here! We made it our mission to find a gorgeous beach that would allow our adorable Malti-poo, Gracie, to enjoy while we took photos. HANDS DOWN, the best beach in Los Angeles is Leo Carrillo Beach in Malibu. It's gorgeous, clean, not too many people, AND allows dogs! So lately, that has been our go-to destination. As some of you know, Roberto and I are very active people, we love to go out and enjoy nature while exercising Gracie. While searching for hikes in Studio City, we discovered Wilacre Park. It's only 10 minutes away from the house and offers an amazing, scenic hike up the Hollywood Hills and into Runyon Canyon. It's an easy trail but uphill the entire way.
Also, best restaurants in Los Angeles...so far we are in love with THE RUSTIC SPOON in North Hollywood. It's an Asian mix restaurant and makes the BEST Chicken Pho. For anyone who's never had Pho, I highly suggest it. It's easy, affordable, and healthy but makes me feel like I'm cheating because I get so full eating it! Yesterday we were in Malibu and stopped by KRISTY'S VILLAGE CAFE and couldn't get enough! We had Margarita and Spicy Chicken Sausage Flatbreads and ended it with these remarkable gifts from GOD, and for the life of me, I can't remember what they're called but imagine a chocolate egg cracked in half and filled with chocolate, pistachio, and cherry ice cream. HEAVEN ON EARTH.
Anyway, thank you for listening to all my rambling! Hopefully some of this helps if you ever decide to make a trip out here and feel free to contact us if you have any questions about where to go or what to see. We would love to give you guidance as we learn to enjoy and appreciate all this city has to offer(:
Enjoy the week ahead. We love you guys so much.
